Escape the winter chill and join us for a Nose-to Tail Winter Feast at Rothko this June. Our head chef Josh Hazel and his team have created a unique menu based on all parts of an animal, to ensure these are appreciated and given the respect they deserve.


$95 per person (includes a glass of Sculptureum wine)

1st Course

Pig’s head rillette, ox tongue croquette, house pickles, smoked mustard 

2nd Course

Grilled chicken hearts, soft polenta, roast chicken jus 

3rd Course

Rabbit leg cannelloni, burnt bone velouté 

4th Course

Grilled bavette, bordelaise sauce, crisp sweetbreads

5th Course

Crispy pig’s ear chocolate bar, salt and pepper ice cream
