Food Philosophy

Rothko head chef Jarrod McGregor’s culinary style is inspired by the sea and fertile land that surround us. Working with local producers and suppliers, Rothko’s team craft each menu to embody the fresh flavours of the region and the season. Rothko is open Thursday - Monday for lunch from 11.30am - 2.30pm and Friday and Saturday for dinner from 5pm till late. Note: you can dine at Rothko without visiting the gardens and galleries on the site, but to maximise your experience we definitely recommend that you do both!

Our Wines

On a sun-soaked hill beyond the Gardens is a vineyard that produces Sculptureum’s award-winning wines. At the London International Wine Challenge in 2015, the 2013 Bordeaux Blend (it’s called The Rodin Blend) was awarded a silver medal and was the highest ranked Cabernet Franc dominant Bordeaux Blend in the entire competition. The Sculptureum Syrah was ranked in the top 40 of all of the Syrahs in that competition. These wines were held back from sale until Sculptureum opened to the public.
