Rothko head chef Jarrod McGregor’s culinary style is inspired by the sea and fertile land that surround us. Working with local producers and suppliers, Rothko’s team craft each menu to embody the fresh flavours of the region and the season. We're now also open from 5—10pm on Fridays. Note: you can dine at Rothko without visiting the gardens and galleries on the site, but to maximise your experience we definitely recommend that you do both!
On a sun-soaked hill beyond the Gardens is a vineyard that produces Sculptureum’s award-winning wines. At the London International Wine Challenge in 2015, the 2013 Bordeaux Blend (it’s called The Rodin Blend) was awarded a silver medal and was the highest ranked Cabernet Franc dominant Bordeaux Blend in the entire competition. The Sculptureum Syrah was ranked in the top 40 of all of the Syrahs in that competition. These wines were held back from sale until Sculptureum opened to the public.
