You are welcome to take photographs of the Garden at Sculptureum but no commercial photography is allowed.
Visitors are not permitted to bring any food or drinks onto the grounds at Sculptureum.
Children are welcome at Sculptureum, though they must be properly supervised at all times.
Sculptureum is open rain or shine for five days a week unless the weather compromises guest safety and the venue has to be closed. In the event of rain, visitors to the two Internal Gardens (The Palm Garden and The Pink Snail Garden) are provided with umbrellas. There are also covered areas for shelter in the Internal Gardens. Visitors to The Garden of Creative Diversity who don’t bring an umbrella can buy one for a modest fee.
If the Gardens are closed, tickets that were issued for the day will be refunded or exchanged for another day. Apart from the closure of the Gardens, Sculptureum will not otherwise refund or exchange tickets.
Visitors are advised to lock their cars and keep any valuables hidden from view as Sculptureum does not accept liability for loss or damage to cars or their contents while the cars are at the site.
No cell phone conversations are permitted in the Gardens and Galleries as the use of cell phones for telephone conversations will detract from the viewing experience of others.
For the enjoyment of all guests, we ask that you refrain from smoking at Sculptureum.
No dogs are allowed at Sculptureum.
