Friday 'Date Night' Takeover 'Brendan's Mediterranean Escape'

Process for take away orders

1.   Drive through Sculptureum’s front gates, follow the driveway around to the left and pull over next to the information board next to the bridge. Please remain in your car while we check your car’s registration against your order and identification (for wine if required - you must be 18 years of age or over to place a wine order).

2.   Your order will then be placed on a table under the covered area.

3.   Once your order is on the table and the staff member has stepped back 2 metres please hop out of your car and collect your food (we encourage customers to wear a mask while doing so).

4.   Please then turn your car around and head home to enjoy your Rothko meal in the comfort and safety of your own home! Bon Appetit.

The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. Our cleaning team conducts regular deep cleaning in all areas and assure us that Health and Safety protocols are being strictly adhered to. To meet all public health requirements the following protocols are in place to protect our visitors and staff.

  • Contact Tracing - We strongly encourage the use of the government QR code. Sign-in books and QR codes will be displayed at the collection point.

  • We encourage use of our mobile eftpos machine if necessary which is routinely disinfected after each use.

  • Our staff are across all health and safety protocols as advised by the authorities to keep themselves and customers safe. This includes existing measures aligned with food service safety practices, as well as maintaining the highest sanitation standards and wearing the correct PPE as per government regulations.
